GB-PRIME is the UK version of Neuralink's PRIME study.
It runs at University College London Hospitals and Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals (NCT07127172). The first UK participant, Paul, controlled a computer within hours of his surgery in October 2025, and seven people had been implanted in London by the end of that year. Jon Noble, patient 18, is the fifth UK participant.
