Telepathy

Telepathy is Neuralink's first product, an implant that lets people with paralysis control computers, phones, and robotic arms with their thoughts.

Participants start by attempting to move their hand, and within minutes many stop thinking about the hand and simply move the cursor, according to Neuralink. They use it to browse, study, game, make art, design in CAD software, and type at up to 40 words per minute. Neuralink filed to trademark the name in March 2025.
