How this timeline works
Patient numbers follow the order of surgery. An implant month appears only where the patient, Neuralink, or the trial site made it public. Where the month is missing, the entry shows the year, or "Date not public" when the year is unknown, and the year group for those entries comes from the patients numbered before and after them.
Entries marked "Not yet public" are patients Neuralink has counted whose names and details have not been shared. Every named entry links to a Neura Pod profile, and each profile cites the patient's own posts, Neuralink, the trial site, or news coverage.
