Neuralink valuation and stock price

Neuralink's funding and price history

Neuralink has raised money in priced rounds, where the company sells new shares to investors at a set price. Between rounds, employees and early backers sell existing shares to new buyers on private markets, and those trades show where the price has moved since. Trading volume is thin, so a private trade is a weaker signal than a priced round.

Chart of Neuralink's price from 2021 to 2026. The Series C in 2021 valued it at about $2 billion. Private trades put it at about $5 billion in 2023 and up to about $8 billion in 2024. The Series E in June 2025 raised $650 million at $9 billion before the new money. Private trades in July 2026 ranged from $29 billion to $42 billion, and the September 2026 Nasdaq Private Market price works out to about $47 billion.

Ryan's $1 trillion prediction

On July 1, 2025, a month after the Series E, Ryan posted a prediction for the next 12 to 13 years: 1,000,000 people with a Neuralink implant, 50,000 employees, and a $1 trillion company. Neuralink was valued at about $9 billion that day.

Neuralink's value in 2037 under three scenarios

Neura Pod's premium valuation model turns that prediction into numbers. Its base case reaches $1 trillion at the end of 2037, and its bear and bull cases bracket it.

Neuralink's modeled value at the end of 2037

Bear case $482 billion, base case $1.00 trillion, and bull case $1.79 trillion, in US dollars

How the model works

The model values Neuralink as a group of businesses: implants and surgery, the software patients subscribe to after their implant, and new products built from the brain data its implants collect. Each business gets its own forecast of users, prices, and margins through 2037, a valuation multiple that fits how it earns money, and a probability of success for the products Neuralink has not announced. The bear and bull cases run the same businesses on a slower and a faster schedule, and a 10,000-run simulation tests how far the result moves when every assumption changes at once.

Neuralink valuation FAQ

Can you buy Neuralink stock?

You cannot buy Neuralink stock on a stock exchange. Neuralink is a private company with no ticker symbol, and it has not announced a public listing. Its shares change hands only in private sales between existing shareholders and accredited investors (people who meet US income or wealth thresholds), arranged through platforms such as Nasdaq Private Market and Forge Global. Any public offer of "Neuralink stock" is a warning sign of a scam. Ryan covers the question in a Neura Pod video.

What is Neuralink worth?

Neuralink's last priced funding round, the $650 million Series E in June 2025, valued it at $9 billion before the new money. Private trades have priced it much higher since. Business Insider reported trades between $29 billion and $42 billion in July 2026, and the September 2026 Nasdaq Private Market price of $245.44 a share works out to about $47 billion by Neura Pod's estimate. Neuralink has not published a valuation since the Series E.

Who owns Neuralink?

Neuralink is privately held and does not publish a list of its shareholders. Elon Musk cofounded the company in 2016 and is its best-known backer. Its other owners include employees and the investors in its funding rounds: Vy Capital led the 2021 Series C, Founders Fund led the 2023 Series D, and the 2025 Series E included ARK Invest, Founders Fund, Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, and others.
